税局说：You designate your home as your principal residence when you sell or are considered to have sold all or part of it. You can designate your home as your principal residence for the years that you own and use it as your principal residence. However, you do not have to designate it each year.我正在卖一个房子，但等不及卖掉就搬到别的身份，我能否将它指为“principal residence“，保税时省“capital gain"?谢谢
