月份6大都市地区二手房价格上涨 最新的国家银行房价综合指数（Teranet-National Bank Composite House Price Index）显示，本国6大都市地区二手房价格还在涨：5月比4月涨1.3%；今年5月之前的一年内，温哥华升幅达17.1%，多伦多16%，渥太华11.4%，满地可8.5%，卡加利7.8%，哈利法克斯5.6%。整体而言，6大房产市场二手房价格比去年同期上涨13.6%。

回复: 专家喊房间跌，但房价又涨了。 This is a notorious example of how figures can be manipulated to cover up a trend. Some people purposely turn a blind eye to the big picture or simply ignore unfavorable facts. If you are willing to look at the figures more closely, you will find that the year-over-year growth is actually narrowing month by month. This means that the home prices are on the decline month over month, although the prices over the same period last year appear to be still on the rise fortunately or unfortunately at a lower pace. Many experts believe that it is a matter of time, probably, a few months, before that growth will become negative, by which time we will see a decrease both year over year and month over month.
