“At minimum all product should be clearly identified with country of origin on the outer shipping cartons. Inner packaging should also identify COO, unless there is a valid reason to not be able to apply this information. Products should also be marked, however there are a large range of products that are exempt because either they are not large enough or of a form that cannot be labeled”
是否在外包装标签上加一行MADE IN CHINA就可以了？

要，在外箱/产品上须印中国制造，没有贴MADE IN CHINA 可能会产生以下问题，1 当地不允许进口 2 将货物退回 3政府可能会没收或者罚款
