我问美国客户是否开始征收25%新增关税，对方回复如下。哪位高手帮解释是否已经征收了 。“The cost goes onto the items purchased similar to the purchasing burden. There is a YHTS condition code added to the PO based on the vendor we buy it from and the PH on the part. So at the time of receipt the cost is added to the part and then the credit goes to the freight account. When we get the invoice for the tariff it also goes to the freight account – offsetting each other.”

我看前几句应该是征收了，但最后一句看懵了，互相抵消了，难不成不用缴？

征税不是延时到6月15日之后么？此前的征税，可以申请退回的。我们公司这边都已经通知美国的客户了。
