背景：2011年8月9日进入现在的公司，到12月已经将近四个月的时间了，期间除了一些零零星星的介个样品订单，还没有大货订单。。。凄凉奥。。。
小女子我就不得不思考一下，到底该怎么继续下去。。。

2.老外的承担接结束之后就要到春节了，我们公司规定会有20天得假期，这段时间怎么办？

正值圣诞前期，我们为什么不做一次低价促销呢。。。
于是乎，小女子自己上网下载促销海报素材，用自己不太熟练的PS技巧开始制作促销推广，时间标记在12/6-12/16日，价格是小女子正常销售价格的百分之九十。（这边小女子要透露一下下哈，小女子比较贪心，正常的销售价格都会比公司规定的价格高百分之二十到百分之二十五，所以降价百分之十对小女子这边没有什么影响，对以往的那几个客户来说也确实是降价了。嘻嘻嘻。。）
心动不如行动，开始制作；选择比较大的英文字母的“Big Sale”开头，占据页面百分之七十位置。剩下百分之二十用来做推广产品的简单简介机器优势价格，还有百分之十用来标注公司信息以及小女子的联系方式。。。呼呼。。。凭着还有一点点的小智商，搞定PS。。。
次日开始推广。。。群发邮件呗。。。

可能是由于小女子把这四个月以来搜集的行业客户都发了一个遍，所以收到的善良滴老外们滴邮件收条滴数量还是可观滴（嘻嘻嘻，你们以后就会不定期收到小女子滴邮件炸弹咯），然后也有收到不少的回复，多表示多我们的产品有兴趣滴（这些个孩纸们，以后就是我重点捕捞滴对象咯，哇哈哈哈）
。。。。（小女子插一句哈，小女子的原则就是：遍地撒网，重点捕捞!由于小女子会在邮件标题上表明涉及我们的产品名称，素以涅，谁有胆量给小女子收条，小女子就会都骚扰。。。）
在跟踪的过程中，被小女子发现了居然有两个不同的邮件地址，但是显示的是同一个人，重点是，这两个邮件地址在不同时间都给小女子进行了回复，表达了他对我们产品的兴趣。哼哼。。。小样儿，小女子还能放过你。。。重点捕捞呗。。。

Sensor on pedal
There is an option to switch off PAS so rider can manually pedal for exercise.
Ground wire of sensor goes to switch to connect and disconnect the pedal assist.

1. I am not sure about your information.
Let me try to see if I understand this. You do not have a controller design for 36V with 22 Amp. So I have to select from the standard options and that is 48V for 350W motor
2. Sorry for mis information. its 790.
If i select 36V 16Amp controller the table you attached shows that its for a 250W motor. Will it run the 350W motor? Will it still be optimum performance?
Let me know. so we can move on this.

I know I have a lot of questions but it better to ask now than regret later. I got burned before with other suppliers because I trust that they know what they are doing.
1. I sent you two video of motor performance on load. Please let me know what causes these conditions.
2. I had controllers that had power selector "low med high" when I tested them using pedal assist system, the assist completely shuts off and takes time to activate again. I loose momentum of the bicycle speed.
The assist should always gives the power mode setting (like 50% when selected) regardless when using throttle or PAS (pedal assist system)
Note: do they rely on the RPM of the pedaling or rotation of the crank magnetic sensor? The faster you pedal the motor assist is more.
Please explain to me the function and mechanism of PAS.

Per your question below.
1. The noisy motor is from Hulong 350W geared brushless.
2. I think I resolved this problem when I cleaned and tightened (crimped) the Motor phase bullet connector since it looks like it did not have good contact. The noise seemed to be a lot less. Could this be the problem? Does it get hot when running on steep hills?
