这客户是在阿里上认识的，第一次合作订单数量也很少，才500个蛋糕模；意想不到的是出货2个多月后我们收到了UPS客户拒付运费的账单，拒付运费金额高达4W多，当时也吓了一跳。 当时就立即联系客户问这是啥情况，客户只说嫌运费太高（约2960欧元），不肯支付；还说我们用了他们的账号来支付！！1.这在出货前客户就已经同意了运费到付的，难道她就搞不懂运费到付是需要用他们的账号的吗？
2.由于订单采用EXW贸易术语的，也在合同上注明交货方式是由她的货代到我厂上门收取的，在发货之前问她的货代啥时候来我厂拿货，但她却让我帮她寄出，我问她走什么方式寄货，说像寄样品那样寄给她。那是快递呀，大姐！！我也曾怀疑是不是空运跟快递搞不清楚。

当时我也找过ups的代理给她报个价格，还给了装箱资料她让她也在当地的UPS核算；同时在邮件也讲明到付的话，具体的价格我这边是核算不了的，这个代理价格也是给她参考。

We have no bill from the courier bec the frieght collect, you could according to the packing list that i sent you to call the UPS to calculate the cost.
We just can estimate the cost from Ups and the final cost will clear until the good arrived in your side. Pls note that

7月份的时候，她告诉我，运费到付的费用很贵，收到货后才跟我说只需要500USD. 这有可能吗？为何当初发货前她就跟我说不能核算呢，我也事先跟她声明我报那个价格是代理价格的给她参考！ 现在来说，到付可以，但不是这个价格。

9月10日我们收到了UPS寄来的客户拒付账单，我立马联系客户，问他们为什么拒付运费。当初她是同意了我才寄出的，现在就是嫌到付运费很贵他们不可能接受，还怪我们是用了他的账号，说如果用我们账号的话会便宜很多。这人是不是连到付都搞不清楚啊，到付肯定就是需要有他们的ups账号啊。
好吧，然后我们一方面也在ups那边努力的争取，看看运费能不能给我们个折扣，现在我们的客户晒赖嫌运费贵，能不能当初按预付的来计算价格。
另一方面跟客户那边协商，可她就一直以爱理不理的态度来对待！期间的整个星期多次发邮件都没回复，也不断打电话，但总是说要开会或者不在办公室的借口来敷衍我，同时也打电话，邮件给她老板，但那公司的人也不愿帮我转线，就算转过去了，也是另外其他人接听的，总是说你写邮件给她吧，帮我转告她此类的话语来敷衍我！
后来终于能联系上Hanna本人了，问她怎么解决这个事，她说这要跟上级报告，明天给我个答复；到第二天还没收到她的答复，电话，Skype找她，就说她上级老板还没回来或很忙什么的，他们需要开个会议来商讨。让我先问UPS如果当初是用我们的账号预付的话运费是多少，我问她接受的价格是多少，也没告诉我，要先看了预付的价后再给我答复。
后来，跟UPS的协商，给我们个最优惠的价格，那比拒付费用帮我们减少到1万零1百多；可是，客户那边却来信告知他们只会支付300USD，再多也不能给。她说这是支付海运费的，当时同意寄快递的方式是因为我们交货延迟了。
Dear Coral,
I just talked with my boss and my colleges about the freight costs.
As we needed to bring the goods to Germany by courier because of the production delay and the problems with the package supplier the delay was not our fault.
As written in the Order which you have signed the supplier needs to pay the courier costs or the air freight costs when there is any delay.
Also we have told you that you should send out the goods on your account, we just gave you our UPS account number for the sample sending, not for the complete goods.
As we normally had paid the sea freight costs we will pay this amount back to you. Sea freight would have cost 300USD. Pls send me an invoice, then I will arrange the payment of 300USD asap.
真的很啃爹呀，订单里是没写出明确的出货日期的；是写在确认样板后的15天；当时大货一生产，安排寄大货样，验货的时间安排都是在邮件里交代清楚了的。。她那边也接受这个时间的了，可现在却说我们延迟！！说我们当初没有延迟的话，他们就是走海运了，说现在只会付给我们海运费 ！当时货物完成的时候没说我们交货迟，现在收到货了，见运费这么高确说我们迟了交货。这是什么歪理呀~~ 况且货物也在这个时间上完成了！！好可恶的客人啊~~ 300USD文件费也差不多要这个价了，这样就想打发我们？ 确实很无赖啊！！！
