这是客人的第2封邮件,第一封邮件什么都没说,就说了句: WE ARE INTERESTED IN THE IMPORTATION OF YOUR PRODUCTS.PLEASE SEND US WHOLESALE PRICES FOR LARGER QUANTITY EQUILAVALENT IN US DOLLARS, 然后我就简单地介绍了一下我们公司的生产力等,然后他就给我回了这邮件.
当时候看到这样的邮件觉得没什么诚意,因为这样的讯盘太多了,所以没特别注意.
看了他的图片,让经理给他报了价,如果价格接受不了,就不给寄样了,因为我们寄样都要样品费和运费的,所以一碰到客人要求寄样的,我头是大的

在报价的过程中碰到了一些小麻烦,因为不知道客人的尺寸,无法报价,只好发邮件给客人.

客人比较急,一下子就回过来了,反正只要没下单,我的心就是悬着的,规格一到,我就好报价,其实还有很多信息需要客人提供给我的.一看客人告诉我用TNT快递,我想他应该愿意出运费的吧,于是开始和经理讨价还价,要求经理免费寄样,一再保证这客人很有诚意,其实那时候我心里也没底,但是考虑到样品费也就那么几十RMB,又不多,就算亏了,我也能赔得起,我不怕.

希望好象要变成失望了,这个问题真不知道该怎么解决了,运费要几十USD,经理可舍不得花,但是客人好象只有TNT帐号,没办法,只好一家一家快递公司问,差不多所有快递公司都问过的时候,突然想到一家被遗忘的快递公司--申通,因为往来比较少,而且经理说肯定也不走TNT,我就不了解经理怎么这么个人,老凭自己的推断去做事情,没办法,你不打电话我自己打,自己找.

因为快递公司的事情,一直没办法和客人解释,我在这边找快递公司

最后找到了申通快递,不用交押金,不用签协议,给了帐号就可以

2天过去了,还没收到客人的样品,明明知道没这么快的,但是还是要忍不住想和客人联系一下,所以就想问客人要TNT号码,以便查询样品的传递情况.呵呵,都习惯了每天和客人的邮件.

客人还是很配合我的,马上把单号给我了,收到邮件马上查询了TNT网站,得知已经到了香港中转了,非常开心.但是一看客人数量好少哦,也有点失落,不过总比没单好吧,无论怎么样,收到样品再说,到这里,心还是悬着的.

样品一到,我马上要经理和我们寄给客人的样品比较,到底哪里不一样,我说了我们经理说喜欢主动推断的人,她说一定是一样的,没什么不一样,后来我就火了,要是一定一样的话客人就不会说了,更不会把样品寄给我们了,客人用得着浪费这么多的运费吗,晚上我怎么也睡不着,翻来覆去,因为打样后我们自己没留样的,我要比较都没地方比,不然我自己也可以看的啊,经理好象不怎么在乎这个单,后来我直接找到车间去,问当时候给我打样的厂长,厂长一看就说不一样的,纱布比我们的厚,竹丝比我们的好.这样一比较,价格就比我们当时候报的高了很多,我当时候很着急,想想肯定没戏了,客人还能接受吗? 不过只要有希望就不能放弃.

I knew your previous supplier offered you the lower price last year, you know, many changes have leaded to the higher cost, last year, 1USD= 8.27RMB, but now, 1USD=7.80RMB, the Freight is increasing, the bamboo raw material have increased, I have  tried my best to persuaded my boss to reduce
the price, he said:  we have only a little profit on this price.
   If we offer you lower price, which means we will face loss, i hope you also will understand our position, pls trust our quality and price.
   We don't care the profit of your trial order, we hope establish long-term friendly and mutual benefit business relationship.
   You could order 1,000PCS/SIZE, if you don't mind our  price.

向经理要个交货期也难,经理说如果船是哪天的,就可以哪天交货,他不是在告诉我船期,他是在给我做假设,我不是要经理在造句,由于当时候心也比较急,火气一来,就和经理说了:我不是要你说这些假设,你打电话给货代,确定好再把确切的时间告诉我吧.经理当时候都被我吓到了,没想到我火气这么大.呵呵,有时候也恨自己这么个急性子.

    There is some difference during two samples, the density of gauze in the back of your sample is larger than ours, the bamboo filament is  thicker than our sample.

客人又和我玩起来捉迷藏,又不回我邮件了,每次都是我发过去,几分钟就能收到他的邮件,我们没时差的,呵呵.
突然一天收到了他的邮件,记得那天是周末,我正和朋友在一起玩,顺便看了看邮件,没想到惊喜就这样出现了,客人下单了.

Please send us thru fax (632-XX-XX) or e-mail to us two proforma invoice, the actual and undervalue which we are going to use for presentation to customs to avail some tax reduction (is it possible for you).  Advise also your terms of payment and indicate also the lead time in shipping the goods.  Upon shipping the goods, I would request to please send us shipping advise and fax to us advance copy of all shipping documents.

快递单的单号大多是叫:airway bill tracking no. 或者就说tracking no.吧, 很少听说是invoice no的

 客人发过来后,现在讨论付款条款了吧,经理的意思是希望一次性把钱打给我们,这样可以减少手续费,毕竟金额不大的呀,但是我总要说个好点的理由让客人愿意接受啊.一般都是30%的定金,但是经理要我弄个整书,所以我就干脆说3000USD.

     Pls tell me your undervalue invoice amount, i will offer you one undervalue invoice accoding to your request.
    After signing the contract, i will informe you the lead time, pls tell me your invoice amount ASAP. If we sigh the contract during these two days, i could ship them before our New Year.

客人马上回过来了,答应先付40%的定金,也就是2800USD,其实我也挺高兴的,经理也同意了.

在和客人谈得妥当的时候,经理突然说这样的话要年后放单,那不是有滞港费用了吗,怎么不早说了,没办法碰到这样的经理我有什么办法呢,只好自己解决,和客人说清楚,真替客人难过.经理要求还要我马上做一份销售合同.

   To solve this proble, you could pay 100% TT in advance, after our shipping the goods, i will send you original  B/L for your taking the goods from Manila Port.

   After confirm this, i will fax the contract and PI to you !

这个时候可把客人给急坏了,他自己提出退一步,接到生产完成通知就给我们汇钱,真的非常感激客人的理解.

Can you indicate bamboo ware instead of bamboo mat?  Or you can signed both sales contract and will verify what is their duties tomorrow.  You can e-mail them with signature to avoid any delay so I may request our boss to signed them tomorrow and will fax them to you the signed proforma invoice / sales contract.
