After the China embassy visit, the embassy asked that your company should send letter of invitation to our team that will be coming over to your company, and the invitation must have their international passport details and also back up letter. As soon as we take this to them, the visas will be issued without delay. Now, can we send the international passport details of the people that is coming so that you can send the letter of invitation? Kindly let us know as soon as possible because this business needs to commence soonest, our new branches are almost ready to be opened and the products are needed.
