埃及进口我司产品，已经报过价，现在对方公司要我公司先提供授权证明和COA,授权证明需要埃及驻华大使馆的签章，经询问，授权证明 办理起来有点麻烦！现在的问题是：
1. 授权证明难办，但是可以办，需要公司出钱办理！
2. 只给对方报过价，未收到对方的对价格的回复！
3. 见过我公司的产品在展会上。经查询，对方公司很大，涉及到很多方面，有，肥料，种子，粮食等！
4.一旦授权证明给了此公司，我公司将只能将产品卖给这一个公司，将不能卖给其他的埃及公司！
这个授权证明能不能办理那？有过埃及客户，请赐教！
埃及进口肥料 必须要授权证明才能办理进口注册登记吗？

In reply to your email please note the following;
- According to the regulations of MOA (the Ministry of Agriculture) no company can import any product without registering it first..
- In order to register any fertilizer; the supplier company (AABB) has to send the legalized documents of the product (certificate of analysis + an authorization letter) to the local company (CCDD ).
- The local company submit the a.m documents to MOA requesting to register the indicated product in the documents & within 3 months the registration certificate will be issued.
- Regarding the a.m steps and in reply to your inquiry the registration certificate can issued with the name of one local company to the certain product.
- Accordingly no company else can import the same product Except through the company which owning the registration certificate.
Eventually and to summarize the previous explanation CCDD cannot import your product or trial it in the Egyptian market without get the registration certificate first, then we can start our business..
On the other hand I'd like to draw your attention that CCDD as it is considered one of the most largest fertilizer companies in Egypt; we distribute many products in the Egyptian market as a hole saler moreover we are the sole agent of many international companies specialized in fertilizers, seeds & biological pesticides;

可以办理，埃及经常需要这些协议。如独家代理销售协议，意思都差不多。

埃及现在取消CIQ了，一般要提供提单COPY，原产地证CO或者商业发票埃及大使馆认证，具体的按照国外客户要求提供即可
你的客户既然实力很强，要货量大的话只卖给他一家也是可以协商一下的。

埃及政府有些硬性规定：1.一般出口到埃及的需做发票贸促会和埃及大使馆加签（CCPIT+Egypt Embassy Stamp）
2.提单发票产地证等必须通过银行交目的国银行。由货主直接寄给买家或者买家银行的文件都会被拒收，简称D/P Bank-Bank（Shipment documents must transfer from exporter Bank to importer bank direct (THE BANK WHICH IMPORTER COMPANY TRANSFER THE AMOUNT TO IT)（ D/P） Doc Cannot be sent to importer office nor via supplier to importer bank, otherwise it will be refused.）
