情况是这样的，客人打了2次样品，第一次样品客人对细节不满意，第二次对面料不满意。
加上现在客人展会在即，客人的样品又十分赶。
如果在赶第三批肯定来不及。
大神看看下面思路及邮件怎么修改是好
非常抱歉样品没有打好。
1.所有的公文包跟旅行袋会在这个月底完成。
2.对于样品
面料及拉链：由于真皮面料以及拉链比较特别，并且我们也找了很多面料产商，这些我们发现最接近的面料。所以我们先用了这批面料先做了样品。
为了节约时间，我们会继续找更接近的材料样及色样给你确认。到时候我们大货可以用它们先做一个产前样。
3.关于报价，能不能让我知道你们的下单数量跟目标价？

Sorry for the sample is not perfect.
1.All sample of briefcase and weekend bag will be finish on 30,Jan,2018.
2.For the leather item of bags ,
a. Material : After search some material suppliers ,we found similar materials is that, so we used it make sample firstly.
b. Zipper: Due to the leather zipper is special, and it will cost some day to made it if make the little zipper .in order to the save time , so we used it make sample firstly.
Meanwhile , we will keep search more similar real leather and zipper material to you .
3.As for price , Could you pls kindly advise your order quantity and target price ?

Sorry for the sample problems.
1.All the briefcase samples will be finished at the end of this month.
2.The materials of the bags:We sourced a lot of leathers and zippers from different suppliers,but none of them are the same with yours.
Suppliers advised it must take a lot of time in making samples as the leather material and the zipper are very complex.
To consier you need the samples for exhibition and the time is very limited for us,we used this leather and zipper for the samples,which we think is the best materials from our source.
We fear the samples can not be finished before the exhibition if remake it,but we will continue to source the better materials and color samples for your confirmation.We will use them to make PPS as well.
3.To offer your the best price,could you let us know the order quantity and the your target price？

Sorry that our previous samples didn't satisfy you.
All of the briefcase and travelling bag will be ready at the end of this month.
Due to the real leather is hard to search and the zipper is quite special, we searched lots of material suppliers and found these were the most similar fabrics. We made the samples by using these fabrics for your exhibition as time is limited, meanwhile, we will keep looking for the closer material and color swatch for your confirmation later. We can use them to do a pre-production sample at that time.
By the way, do you have any target price and desired order qty for our reference? Thanks.
