我想问下，这是说要根据REACH来写个符合性说明跟样品一起寄走素不？谢谢了

你的客户是跟你要REACH和DOC两个证书吧，如果你的产品有这两个证书，你可以把电子档发给你的客户。

客户是要你出reach证书和CE-DOC（符合性声明），CE-DOC要做了CE认证才能声明，CE认证是针对你送样的产品的，CE-DOC是针对你大货的。

符合性证书是由生产厂家出具，按照条款的要求，可以在符合性证书中引用REACH的检测报告，然后由生产商盖章签字就可以了。
