老外发了这个给我，有大神翻译下到底什么意思吗？See attached W8BEN tax form and checklist that you must fill out for RFS in the USA to be able to pay you once we start buying from you per PO’s sent from RFS in the USA. Also attached are instructions on how they apply to your company. To comply with US tax rules we are required to document your non-US tax status.
To set up your company as a vendor for RFS in the USA to purchase from you as a vendor I need the above Non-Resident Tax Witholding checklist and W-8BEN-E form completed and emailed to me. See attached instructions and letter.
