貌似跟我们国内的很多人的回复形式不太一样,一般的童鞋会介绍很多关于公司的情况和发报价表过去的. 他们是让你具体了他在具体.这是看诚意的做法.

我觉的呢，可能我们国人做对客户自卑心里了，所以收到客户邮件，尤其是说了这么详细，会很有种受宠若惊的感觉，其实都差不多了

说的对，我们回复询盘，一般都是只考虑自己，而他们倾向于交流。虽然他们也有介绍自己的实力，但是也买方，介绍自己的情况跟要求，像打太极，说的不好，呵呵

our prices are net, we have no taxes from our end on the shipment,
ex works, means,
we can only estimate, I guess one system would be approx up to 150 Euro using airfreight, but it is depending on the total weight,
that we know once we have all the details about the support plates needed, and the destination airport.
If you could check the internet www.ek-team.de you will find the support plates also for the Phoenix marker tags, up to date we have 17 different types available
all supported by our software

as said we are manufacturing the products for Phoenix as they are one of our OEM customer. The sell and service the products under their name.
We have not a sales office in your country and I´m afraid that this will not work selling you just a single system. In that case you should better order the system from Phoenix with their brand on it.
For your information,
the prices for the products you are looking for are as follows, any support plates are coming in addition as we don´t know what marker you like to print on.

set of 5 ink cartridges P 2.0 each set 5.50 Euro
