楼主新手，俄罗斯老客户，订了货分了两次发，第二次发货前就把货款给完了，第二次的货到了，提单也电放了，现在收到邮件如下，附件是Act of reconciliation between （我们两个公司名称），内容是几月几号付了钱。看了论坛里类似的说是财务对账单之类的东西，但因为在以前的存档文件也没见过这样的，也关乎钱财，所以不敢确定。
1、Act of reconciliation是对账用的么？
2、最疑惑是红色那句是啥意思啊
