加拿大外贸
中间商客户做了两个小柜， 货款已经清了， 但是一直没有装货，到现在已经4个多月了。客户说因为最终客户那边证书还没有做出来！
该怎么处理呢？ 一直拖着吗！

时间长了 货物会不会受影响，等国外资料办妥在发货，这样能避免国外产生因为办资料导致的港口费用，建议跟客户保持联络，毕竟客户费用已经支付，收货的心情也是可想而知的

楼主是出口到哪个国家的呢，一般证书做4个月有点不寻常。

已经4个多月了确实比较长了，毕竟客户已经付清货款了，等待办好资料再装箱发货吧。

your factory 是第三人称，此处用has
if your factory didn't have space to stock those goods, please inform customer ship out it asap.
同理用doesn't, inform 和 ship是动词，一个句子不能同时出现两个动词，要不用动词不定式或...., ship it out比较地道。
any way, customer is customer, they paid money to you already. so this time is easy to awaiting customer solve their problems.
应用it is easy to do ... this time, this time不能作主语，to此处不是介词，要接动词原形。
