Because of the inflation, the sharp rise of the labor force cost in China every year and the exchange rate of RMB against US dollar in the past years, we should adjust the unit prices accordingly(approximately3%-5%), We really hope you and your company can understand it and give us your support. On the other hand, considering locking in prices to stabilize the markets, I can’t agree with you more concerning your proposal using RMB settlement. Today I’ve consulted the government departments concerned including customs, banks and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Center to learn that export business can use the RMB settlement without any problem, which are very convenient to us. So I’m very glad to do so. Based on these elements mentioned above, I’ve already prepared the new prices in the attachment for details. Could you please have a look first? We can discuss and confirm it face to face tomorrow.
