Our company named Middlesea (Guangzhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has more than 9 years experience,specializing in producing wind turbines with CE certificate and many patents.We established our Research and Develop Laboratory on 2005. We went through 5 years to work out a series of new technologies to improve the efficiency of wind power generation. The breakthrough technologies such like:
- Start-up wind speed: 0.2-0.4 m/s.
- Cut-in wind speed: 1.3-1.8m/s.
- Annual energy output: over 5 times of the traditional turbines.
- Noise Level: <20db.
- Product life span: >20 years.
- Typhoon resistance: Mechanical governor, electronic braking
As to the price of 600W it costs about USD4500.00 per one piece EXW price.
The first exporting business is from 2010, so till now we have 4 years export experience. We exported the goods to Australia, Greece, Philippines, Sri-lanka, Italy etc. except for USA. If you are interest in our products and would like to try to purchase a sample to test the performance of our products. I will give you a favorable price to our the first USA vip customer.

[案例总结]:
整篇邮件的布局十分混乱,完全没有对应客户的询盘。客户在询盘中先后问了3个方面的问题:                                                                                          
1.我们对你们的600-M 型号的耐腐蚀风力发电机感兴趣,你能告诉我这款风机的价格吗?我们正在寻找一家能生产此种发电机的制造商。                                                                 
2.想知道更多的关于你们公司的一些情况。                                         
3.你们出口美国的情况。                                                                                       
    很显然,上面这封询盘回复邮件一开篇就进行公司一些情况的介绍(回答了客户的第2个问题),接着进行产品优势介绍,然后直到整篇邮件写了一大半才回答客户的第1个问题(这款风机的价格),接下来讲述了出口情况但答非所问。                                                            
很多国外客户的时间观念很强,他们每天会收到大量邮件,因此会用几块固定的时间用来处理这些邮件。我问过很多国外客户获知:他们处理一封邮件的时间是一般2~3秒。重要的邮件,会仔细阅读并回复;不是太重要的邮件,就在outlook里标注上要处理的具体时间,然后从inbox拉到相应的子目录里。如果你的邮件内容不能迅速吸引客户,下面写得再好,客户可能也读不到,更不可能回复你。
快速切入主题非常重要。很多业务员会用很大的篇幅来介绍自己、公司和工厂,客户看了半天不知道你想干什么,干脆不看了。
    正确的询盘回复邮件,布局应该与客户的询盘邮件一一对应。客户先问的先答,后问的后答,没问的不答。客户先问的说明是他最关心和最想知道的,应大篇幅的回复,对客户后问到的一些问题则应简短作答。对此类较长的邮件,先写要点,再展开来写,会比较好。
    语句方面,问题多多,功底不够,尚需修炼。


总之,商务英文邮件要做到:
及时回复,有礼有节,
保守底限,换位思考,
语法正确,专业表达,
语句精练,慎用连接,
布局合理,认真检查。
