We are very sorry to reveive this info.
Acutally, we already consider this situations,and also change the new box,But you know we couldnt control the inland track shipment and rough handling,so sometimes the broken boxs are really exsit.however we are still very for this inconvenience for u.
And i wonder if you could consider to handle the the cargos in our local factory,we will promise do it carefully and aviod any borken things,

You will find some broken cartons when you received the bulk.Even we have replaced the paper carton halfway,it is very hard to avoid the carton damage due to multiple land-transportations.
We are really sorry for make you inconvenience.Next time ,could you pls accept to upload the goods in our local factory ,it is the better way to avoid broken carton.Pls advise.Thanks!

Because after a couple of road transport, although we have a new one carton packing, so we apologize the cartons damaged condition after you receive the goods. The next shipment advice you can directly in our local container, so it can reduce the cartons damaged.
