第一次合作的客户，他需要我们春节前交货，但现在不能确定，想这样回复，有其他方法请多多指教 谢谢大神如下:关于交货期，第一次合作需要点时间磨合，我们必定会尽力去完成，但由于年底的这2个月是公司最忙的时候，加上材料供货问题，我不敢保证春节前能完成，但我可以保证在明年2月28号前可以完成，公司的春节假期安排还没出来，我们一般会在2017年2月6日开始上班，请问你能接受2017年2月底交货吗？

About completion date, we would try our best to finish it , but it is the end of the year, and also the crazy busy time of our company, Meanwhile, we also need time to find material supplier, so , i can't assure we can finish production before Chinese Spring Festival (January 28, 2017). But pls don't worry , we can finish production by February 28, 2017, sorry about the inconvenience , hope that won't bother you much. Looking forward to your promptly reply.

We will try our best to delivery your order asap. However, since it is our fist cooperation, a lot of things are to be checked and confirmed. Moreover, the production is super busy at the end of the Chinese New Year. And also the supply of the raw materials may delay. Therefore, we really cannot promise we can make delivery before the CNY. However, we will resume to work in early Feb and will try to finish your order at the end of Feb, 2017. Is it ok?
但是说实话，不太建议你说什么太忙啊。首先，客户现在确认订单，离过年还有2个多月。你说太忙，没办法生产他的订单，感觉好像不太重视他。所以，建议，按第一次合作，还有要保质保量，还有就是原材料供应这些不是你们自己能控制的方面去说。不要直接说太忙。如果非要说太忙，那么建议把手头的订单大概说一下，比如按照正常可以生产10条货柜，然后手头已经有了15条。真的很难安排。但是还是会把他当做VIP来对待，尽可能早交货什么的。

As for the delivery time, this is our first cooperation which needs more time to break in. We will try our best to finish it. However these coming two months will be busiest period for our company. In addition to the raw material supply, I cannot ensure that we can finish the production before the Spring Festival. But I can promise that we can finish it by Feb.28. We have not made the festival arrangement yet, while normally we will start working on 6th Feb 2017. Can you accept that we deliver goods by end of Feb.?

regarding the time of delivery,since this is our first cooperation we are trying our best to win your trust. However, considering the coming Chinese New Year, so many new problems arise during this period. Would you like to accept the delivery in late Feburary? Hereby,thanks for your understanding.

I want to discuss the detail with delivery date , the new product the frist production ,we need more time to work , in order to can make the quality better .we will try ourself best to do it .but the trem is very busy in ferbeary , then the materials provider will have the presson ,i do not reply you can finish in CNY, we plan the date is 28 Fre. we will have some days holiday for CNy , would you like recieve the goods in end of Fer. thanks ,i am looking for your reply !
