Dear Supplier ,our company imports many containers every month from Far East and we have realized that it happens
more and more frequently that they are stopped by Italian customs for checks .
Usually customs officers open the container and verify that contents
corresponds to what shown on shipping documents .
Since all packagings must be discharged from container , the check takes a lot of time .
For above reason we ask your cooperation in order to
make things easier in case our containers are submitted to customs checking .
Please make sure to strictly follow our instructions as below, otherwise we will be oblieged to debit you
eventual discharge costs .
That 's what you have to do :
1 - shipment of Full container :
- if there is just one Telwin item, that's ok .
- if there are many Telwin items, you take one export carton for each item and
load them near the door of the container ( in this way the customs officers won't have
to discharge all the products from the container ) . These export cartons for customs must be well
visible and so we ask you to stick a coloured adhesive tape around them .
Spare parts must be loaded into brown export cartons near the container door , too .
1 - shipment of LCL (partial shipments) :
- if there is just one Telwin item, you just take one export carton out and
stick a coloured adhesive tape around it .
Our assigned forwarder SCHENKER will load it as last, near the container door .
- if there are many Telwin items, you take one export carton for each item and
stick a coloured adhesive tape around them .
Our assigned forwarder SCHENKER will load them as last, near the container door.
When you make the booking to SCHENKER you have to mention Telwin order number , item number , HS number ,
volume, number of cartons or pallets , gross weight, availability date . In this way we will be informed about what you have ready .
Please confirm back receipt of this mail .

好像是为了不让目的港查验 导致货物混了和费用产生。
1.整箱出货，棕色的放靠近外面门。
2.散货出货，都是找指定货代辛克，告知他你们的货放在最外层（靠近门）。
