I think there is something wrong.
We checked the sample again,
And take some picture to calculate it again.
Calculated according to theory, we use width 18.5mm ,the overlap should be( 18.5/3.1416/4.8 -1)*100%=22.7% This is according to theory.
So we according to the cable to calculate it ,
The picture shows the overlap is around 3.2 mm, so 3.2/(18.5-3.2)=20.9%. So how could be 15.52%?
这个客户到底什么意思啊？

简单点说吧，这个客户想表达的是他所收到的样品与实际产品的理论显示不符合，然后通过照片他进行了公式计算，得出了的结果是20.9%，怎么可能是15.52%，他很纳闷
