1.问一下客户，我们应该联系谁获取货物资料信息，还有确认是走空运还是海运?空运的话，到哪个机场？
2.告知客户上票货中有200多个齿轮跟1000个针式开关放在一个箱子。请注意查收。
下面是我写的邮件，求大神指点
Dear Mr.Juneja
This is Jim Yan from D&H, How is everything going?
You said a batch of goods have send to our company by phone last Saturday.
I’m writing to you to ask who can we contact to know the detail information about the goods and confirm whether it is air or ocean cargos, If by air please tell me the airport. By the way, There was 200 gear and 1000 needle type switch on a box about last order,pls kindly check and cfm, tks~~

其实你自己写的也可以了，客户应该看得明白。当然，每个人的表达方式可能不一样，我也只是在你原文上稍微改改，按照我的表达方式。
