由买方指定的B公司作为付款的履行方，B公司在收到卖方的正本提单扫描件后5天内付款，如未如期支付，买方必须保证代为履行付款义务以及承担卖方由此产生的一切损失。

XXX company, as a responsible paying party appointed by the Buyer, is obliged to pay the Seller within 5 working days upon receiving the copy of bill of lading from the Seller. Provided that XXX company fails to fulfill such an obligation within the due daate, the Buyer warrants its take-over of the obligation and compensates the Seller for all loss therefrom.
