如题，客户给我发了一份邮件，意思是明白了，但就是不知道怎么回复，本人外贸新手，还希望各位大侠们出手帮忙，谢谢原文：
Dear Summer,
I look forward to seeing your photos. I still need you to advise whether you will send the mailbox carton in a larger outer carton. I need to know whether to mark the form “with over-packaged carton” or “without over-packaged carton”. After you have advised and sent photos, I will send you the form and sending instructions.

your customer needs your package information. you may send him the package photos. Upon receiving the photos, he would confirm the mark forms.

但是后面的过度包装和没有过度包装这个我不知道要怎么说

不是过度包装 是外包装吧

你的客户不确认对于这个mailbox carton -邮箱纸箱外边是否需要加再一层外包装。
你应该把MAILBOX CARTON的图片先发给客户，这样客户可以决定是否外包是否还需再加一层包装了。with over-packaged carton” or “without over-packaged carton”.
