这位亲，Be后边除了形容词，动词被动，名词也是可以的，你这别误人子弟啊-.-最简单的例子it could be a reliable order.只是他句子里边customs clearance翻译如只为报关则不行，如可翻译为报关之物则可行，我也不是大神，不知道这翻译为报关之物是否被采用，所以嘛，我也不能判定这句子是不是有问题-.-

另外我搞不懂你发信的对象是谁，是进口还是出口，为什么要对方提供发票给你报关。如果是对方提供发票和箱单，你们应该是清关才对
