我先把写这个英文邮件的大概情况说下，我们公司进了两台旧设备，好不容易进厂了，但是验收货物的时候发现老外糊涂到竟然漏装了两个托盘，这两个托盘都是配件。现在问题变复杂了，我需要和他们说要重新报关，需要提供的一些资料和做的后续工作。具体看下面邮件，为了方便，我还是把中英文都贴出来，如下。希望大家有错纠错，谢谢各位了，爱你们。现在情况变得很麻烦。我们急切的需要这些配件，但在此之前我们需要做大量的工作来重新报关。首先，我们需要知道这两个托盘里面具体是一些什么配件，需要知道这些配件对应的：品名、品牌、型号、材质、用途、功能原理、生产厂家、原产国等信息，然后根据提供的这些信息来归HSCODE，如果有涉及证件的，我们首先需要办证；其次，我们需要预约中国这边的商检到工厂来做鉴定报告，证明是漏装的。
总之，需要做的事情很多。如有问题，请尽快告知。

First of all, we need to know specific parts of these two pallets. For each part we need to know the information such as name, brand, model, materials, use, functional principles、Manufacturer、country of origin and so on(need clear pictures for nameplate if the part have nameplate). Though the information provided, we can know the parts' HSCODE. If import licenses are need in this step, we need to obtain them firstly.
Secondly, We need appraisal report issued by government staff on our side to prove that the goods are neglected loading.

We have a big trouble here now. These missing parts are badly needed while we must do a lot of re-declaration work for the shipment. We have to know more details about them, like part name, brand, part number, material, purpose, functions, manufacturer, origin etc. in order to find out the correct HSCODE and deal with kind of proof documents if required. Besides, we have to invite the people from local commodity inspection bureau to check and prove the missing case.
