Free demurrage，是在目的港里发生的，这个我们船公司申不了，只能按目的港口规定执行。希望客户能港他们港口联系，取得更长的天数。Free detention 船公司可以申请的。但都是开船前或未到港时申的。现在货物已经到目的港，我们正在联系货代，希望尽最大努力帮我们申请延长至14天，我们正在等待结果。稍后回复你。谢谢！1

Free demurrage which is happened in the destination port,only excutived by their port's rules, if you want to applied more days leave ,you must contact with them by yourself ,because we have no right to apply it

Free detention which is appiled by the shipping company before the ship set off or before the ship arrive.now,the goods are arrived,we are try our best to contact the forwarder to appied putting off 14days to leave .we are waitting for the result now, we will contact with you later,thanks

unfortunately，Free demurrage which incurred in destination port cannot be applied by our carrier，we shall adhere to port rules. you'd better contact with customs to get extra days.
our shipping company could apply the Free detention before goods delivery or arrived. now the cargo already arrived at your port, we are contacting with forwarder and hope they can apply extending to 14days for us , we are waiting for the result. once received reply we will let you know. thx

Free demurrage happened at the port of destination which cannot be applied by our shipping company.So we have no alternative but to obey the rules of the port.We hope our customers can contact their port so that we can get more days .
Shipping company can apply for Free detention,but it is always before departure or arrival.Now,the goods are at the port ,we are try our hardest to get in touch with our freight forwarding and hope they can extend to 14 days.We are looking forward to the result and will reply you later.Thanks!
