你可以说: As you know, the cost of raw materials and labour have been raised in China...
很多时间,可以适当用一下As you know 不管客户知不知道,你用了这个短语,他就会默认自己知道的
也可以说:We've kept the price close to the costs of production。 这已经把价格压到生产费用的边缘了
也可以说:I should have thought my offer was reasonable.
要是你有信心价格比其他人便宜的话,也可以说:
You''ll see that our offer compares favorably with the quotations you can get elsewhere

speculations 有点生僻,其实报价邮件里最好不要有生僻字
