Yesterday I received an email from my new client, he told me he is going to traveling in Shanghai, if possible he would like to visit our plant and to see what product we manufacture. He let me to suggest a easiest way to our mill from Shanghai, i suggest he will come to beijing By plane and then i will pick up him in airport and then i will drive him to our mill in Hebei by car.Now i don't know what question should be prepared before i meet him. Could you please help me to transfer following chinese into English. Thank you, everyone.

2.这个是合作工厂，我们占一半以上的股份
what should i talk on the way? Please give me more suggestion and good idea. Thank you.
