我们是工厂，没有进出口权，委托代理公司帮忙出口。因为客户的货款必须打到代理公司的账户上，一些手续或合同也是用代理公司的抬头，我要怎么跟客户解释这点呢？需要英语来说明，请大家帮忙看看，谢谢[ 本帖最后由 心流 于 2014-8-4 15:50 编辑 ]

As we are a manufacturing factory with no right of import and export yet,so we have to depend on export agents. That means some of the procedures and contracts need to be in name of export agent because client's payment has to be paid to the agent's account first. We know this would be troublesome but we have no better choice at present. Your kind understanding and support will be pretty appreciated. Hope that we can both get the win-win cooperation.

We are a factory and have no license to do foreign trade business,so we find a liable agent to handle the business process.
The seller information will be theirs.another way,they will sell to you on behalf of us.
