Sliding Sleeve Door (SSD), Standard Service, Shift up to open, c/w 2.812” landing profile, 3 ½” EUE Box top x Pin bottom.
9 5/8” Retrievable seal packer which can be set with kill string, withstand 5000 psig pressure from the bottom.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS OF EQUIPMENT
All above required well completion equipments are for standard service application (Max 200º F bottom hole temperature, Max 5000 psi bottom hole pressure, black oil of about 38 API, sweet oil with no H2S or Co concentrations, Max 5000 scf/stb GOR)
Toolbox (hand tools and hand pump) for pressure testing and running should also be listed and technical specification should be specified.
All the necessary spares parts should be listed and technical specification should be specified.
All goods supplied shall be new and unused standard products, suitable in all respects for the services intended. Spare parts furnished shall be identical to original parts. All components are to be delivered with mill certificates.
All threads are to be coated with API thread compound or shipping lubricant applied. All connectors are to be installed along with box and pin protectors. All goods are to be manufactured as per API standard or internationally authorized company. All goods are to be labelled as per the guidelines established in API standards along with the proper API monograph certification stamped on goods.
