There are 170,000 pcs nuts in their stock.The supplier inspected all of the nuts and only found 12pcs failure parts,around 0.007% are defective.
According to the supplier reply, even if they can not guarantee 100% ok parts ,but still can guarantee 99.98% ok ones.
I will visit the suppplier and verify the inspection result.
The supplier did not believe that the parts were so high effected.
Pls could you verify the customer's 5% affected parts and provide some pictures for me?
Pls could you inspect your stcok(154410; 148513 and 148394) at random?
The parts are so high effected and maybe can be easily to identify the quality issue.
