So sorry to hear about the problem.
The calibration mal-function might be due to driving or software reasons. Would you pls send back 2 questioned models to us for inspection? If it is determined to be a hardware problem, we would inform you to return all defective models. If to be a driving or software problem, we only need to send you the correct driving to solve the case.
The models have received strict inspection before delivery. Hence, we believe the affected quantities should be few.

Calibration unavailable maybe caused by drive or software problem. Our engineers suggest you to send 2 of them to us for our testing to make sure what is the reason on earth. If hardware problem, we will inform you to return all the defective products. If the software problem, to save the freight cost and time, we will send you the correct drive directly.
All of the goods were inspected strictly before shipping, so it is unlikely that all the 200 machines are defective.
