I know it is a little hart for a Chinese to speak English as mother tongue.For more Chinese,written English is better than spoken ,and I have been think so myself.But since I entered the company,found me is not very good at in English written already.When I first received a English mail,I don't even know how to reply.Now,I know both speak and write all need frequent practice,also my written English will be better maybe a few month latter,but I also want to improve myself as soon as possible.
I will search some information about business English vocabulary, also hope to have a tall person to give directions

well I'm gonna say it's imposssible to improve oral English ASAP, for there is no shortcut in learning English or any other language. but only if you can insist, you wiill make progress gradually. you can listen to original materials from BBC, CNN,etc. imitate the prononciation and follow it word by word. you can also read business articles and newspapers to learn writing skills. good luck!
