有关液体石蜡的样品,快递员到访了我们办公室，他拿了二个纸箱，里边装有石蜡的样品。他要收的海关关税很高，同时还没有海关的税单。此外，就他所要收取的费用，没有任何正当的理由。因此，我们的采购/进口部门拒绝接收包裹，他们通知快递员提供海关单据供。此信息供你方参考。
