IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO SUPPLIER / PRINTERGENERAL
(1) Please download the artwork file from our system soon after you received the link. If you have any questions, please kindly contact the
corresponding OBM coordinator for advice. No CD will be sent to you. You will receive separate email with the link for downloading artwork
file. Please kindly find the guideline as email attached for reference.
With the artwork file, we also provide the colour reference card (if necessary). Please make sure that the artwork file which you open looks
exactly the same as our provided printout. For all provided artworks, we would like to ask you to follow all instructions carefully, e.g. die-cut,
stipulated colors and sizes etc.
(2) The artwork has been approved. No need to send to any buyer for confirmation again! If you have any question about this artwork,
please contact us for advice. Don't make any amendments (die-cut size, photo, wordings, content and etc!-) on the artwork without prior
confirmation from our side.
(3) For the mentioned artworks, please send 1-2 print proofs (print on the original material) to MGB Own Brand Management (OBM) in Hong
Kong for printing quality and color approval within 2 weeks. We will give comments within 3 working days after receipt complete information
from your side. Only if the print proofs are OK, you can proceed with mass printing. Do not start mass printing before you have received
confirmation from us (OBM/HK dept.) via. email. Make sure that the bar codes are match with the P.O. and can be scanned without any
error. Please noted the amendment charges will be debited to supplier after artwork release. For print proof waiver, if same brand artwork
has been approved then no need to send any print proof for approval again.
(4) For REPEAT ORDERS, supplier should be responsible to make sure that the printing quality is same as the OBM approved standard.
（5) All labeling requirements (such as importer!ˉs address, EAN code or other legal requirements) are incorporated into the artwork
data according to the latest information at the date of issue. However, please make sure all the labeling requirements must according to P.O.
Handling of importer sticker:
- For the new importer sticker, the fonts size, type and color should follow the original artwork.
- For the existing importer address update: the new address (according to the PO) should cover the original one in the same layout
- Sticker color: The background colour of the new sticker should be the same as the original box.
(6) Our provided artworks (included licensed fonts, logos, photos, design concept & etc.) are only permitted to be used for our placed orders.
It is illegal to use our artworks for other purposes and/or make pirated design based on our artworks/design.
(7) For all Food items, please make sure to confirm with our QA Department directly for printing of Best Before Date/ Production
