就滞期费而言，买方起到提供一个不妥协的报告，里面陈述滞期费的内容， 供应商是起到在一单一单基础上确认陈述内容和处理代替或者退还包括一定程度上的损坏费用，滞期费用将由供应商承担这点将写在另外一个协议里面。
这英文有点不是很看的懂，我尽力的翻译了下，for yr reference .

如果出现延滞费用的话，买方需提交一份非合规报告，说明延滞程度；供货方应对该陈述内容进行审核验证并且对于具体情况所引起的损坏程度进行更换或者退款。由供货方承担此滞留费的规定应在另一份单独的协议中书面说明。
