若芒果果肉中国商品检验公司验货无法通过，卖方需承担一切后果，包括退回全部货款并额外赔付50%的货款作为补偿，同时承担海运费，港杂费用等所有额外费用。请问下，这句话如何翻译会比较正式？我要写在合同上。

If the mango pulp China Commodity Inspection Corporation can not pass inspection, the seller must bear all the consequences, including the full refund and additional claims 50% of the purchase price as compensation, and to assume sea freight, port charges and other expenses etc all additional costs.

In case the products can not pass the inspection of (公司) ，the seller shall take all responsibilities ,including but not limit to, refund all the contract payment and reimburse 50% contract payment as compensation ,
and pay all extra cost such as shipment fee and port sur-charge.
