If your answer is positive, that quantity of sample for each would require? . Need any additional customer information: dosage, etc?

所以就译成你要提供样品给客人
根椐你和客人的前后邮件联系，你应该可以判断到底是谁给谁寄样品，希望能帮到你。

Could you let me know the purpose of having us to do the lab test? Is it to compare whether there is any difference between the tile adhesives additivated from this customer and ours?

我想做生意的话，还要是坦城，开诚布公的来谈。而且那你们做这个测试，是客人提出来的。你问一问他你们的测试是否有说服力，也是合情合理的。
如果将来再需要做第三方测试的话，看看费用是多少。可以协商由客人承担或双方共同承担费用。
在前期双方交流得越透彻，后期产生问题的可能性就要小一些。
