请帮忙翻译一下面料的测试项目和标准，好多专业词汇内容很多，恳请FOB的大神帮帮我，上次我自己翻译了发给工厂，虽然还好人家看懂了，但是我自我感觉很不专业。
1.California Proposition 65
The sample should be reviewed against the
requirements of California Proposition 65 to
determine if additional testing or labeling is
required.
Note:
-Refer to SI for more instructions.
For samples that fall under the scope of
CAProp 65 requirements with testing limit(s)
but does not contain appropriate labeling (refer
to labeling section for detail), actual testing
will be conducted.
Otherwise, actual testing is not required and
report as "Pass" if the sample contains
appropriate labeling
2.*Children’s Product
Review item for applicable testing for toy (8000)
vs. non toy (8001) components.
Examples include pompoms, bubble patches,
attached toys (keychain, compass, stuffed toys).
For attached toys, toy lab to review
3.*Flammability California Bureau of Home Furnishings and Labeling
All samples shall be reviewed against the
requirements of California Flammability and
Labeling. (Will be reviewed against marketing
and end use requirements of the standard.
Applicable pillows shall be tested for California
Bureau of Home Furnishings Flammability)
4.*Law Label
All samples shall be reviewed against the
requirements of Law Label (Bedding Tag)
Note - Verify generic name only. Not require
FTIR Identification test.
Client requirement
5.*Uniform Packaging and Labeling Regulations (Applicable to the Packaging Materials)
Net quantity of contents shall be expressed in
terms of weight or mass, measure, numerical
count, or combination so as to give accurate
information to facilitate consumer comparison
(U.S. and metric units)
6.*Country of Origin Marking
Product Label (Sewn in Label Preferred by
Customs ):
• Country of origin must be on the front
side of the label in English.
• Can be by itself or printed with care
label or fiber id label.
• Country of origin must be located in a
conspicuous and readily accessible
location.
• The country of origin label should not
be covered or obscured by any other
label.
Packaging (When packaging is present and
country of origin is not visible through the
package):
• Country of origin must be written
legibly in English and securely
attached.
• If any country, other the country in
which the article was manufactured or
produced, is mentioned on the
package, the country of origin must be
stated in comparable size and close
proximity.
• Must be visible at point of purchase.
• Country of origin on package must be
consistent with country of origin on
the product label
7.Fiber Content
Must be Visible at Point of Sale. If garment
label is not visible through packaging, fiber
content must be repeated on packaging..Generic
fiber name must be used and the contents spelled
correctly and listed in descending order of
predominance.
Note: To determine the actual percentage, please
refer to the physical characteristics section for
Fiber Content AATCC 20 / 20A/ASTM D629).
If lab analysis does not match claimed, then the
label will fail
8.RN# Or WPL # Or Manufacturer Name
Must be Visible at Point of Sale. Report actual.
