加拿大进出口外贸帮忙,帮忙,不知道怎么回复客户

本人英语实在不好,有个客户联系大半年,眼看着要下单了,来了这么个邮件,我想好还回复的,但是词穷,
客户邮件,

Thank you Sindy, I have temporarily suspended my business because of a fire in my warehouse.  After I resume business I will order again from you.  Thank you!

我只想到了一句,
I am so sorry to hear that,

大家帮个忙,想想还能说点什么。

客户回复了的,

Yes, every one is okay.  The fire happened during the new year and everyone was away.  I am now having to deal with the insurance about the reconstruction of the warehouse and reimbursement for the inventory of paracord materials.  As with any insurance her in the US, their first reaction is to deny the claim.  It is a slow and unfortunate process but it is necessary.  Thank you for your concern and I thank you for your patience since my funds are tied up in the reconstruction.  Have a great day!

Hope you can get the compensation asap.
Say again, any needs, pls contact me any time.

are you all right?Were there any personnel injuries?I hope that no further damage was caused.

Is there anything I could do for you during this difficult period of time?I hope that you could get back on your feet in
the shortest period of time possible.

I am very sorry to hear that !! Are you OK? Is there anyone injured in the warehouse ? Is there anything need my help ? Hope you and your family are all well.
