We are sorry to inform that one carton was dropped from the car of the Fedex courier due to their misoperation,
resulting in the breaking of the 18"screen fitted inside.Luckily,there was no further damages reported.Please confirm
shall I dispatch the rest of the items to you first or shall I hold on until this broken one is replaced?It takes 5 days to
make a 18" screen because we need to anti-dazzle the glass.
