Non AD!In terms of improving oral, most of us would say, well I have no opportunity to talk with Foreigners, how could I make it? And the second common problem is I have no time.
大多数人在提到提升口语的时候会说，我没机会与外国人交谈，怎么提高啊？另一个常见的问题是，他会说：我没时间啊！
但是其实我们可以自己创造机会进行练习的，况且是否与外国人聊天根本不重要，口语首先要培养信心和兴趣，并今可能用恰当的词汇表达自己的意思，如果我们作为初学者，口语水平一般的话，各大英语聊天室里跟国人聊天就够了；
如果想语音语调地道点，可以在网上找些材料跟读训练，坚持一个月就基本可以有明显提高，
网上这种原声跟读的短文很多的，单时要找选择一种，英音或美音，否则操练起来语音语调会比较混乱；
至于时间少，其实弄个随身听之类的，随时都可以听和跟读，每周再聊天室聊几次，学以致用。应该由提高的， 其实各种聊天软件中都可以找到口语练习群的，大家都可找的到。
大家有什么好的方法一起分享下。

Everyone can speak your mother language, then he certainly can learn to speak another one, we just need time.

Per my experience, when I speak to foreign collegues or customers,even I use the wrong expressions,
they can understand me.So the thing is you should have the courage to speak first,
don't be afraid to make mistake,just try ur best to use the correct word.That's all.
Speak more,learn more.
