1. 3 audit costs (ES, FCCA, SCS) will valid for max every 2 years, which depends on score of the assessment. Most vendors need to renew audits every year.
Total costs to your factory should be around $1,500 per year.
2. PLI (Products Liability Insurance) – I don’t know local insurance rate, so need you to check with MY local insurance company. Walmart requests $2 millions liability to the businesses.
3. DNB registration number – The agency will help Walmart to verify finance credit of suppliers. You can get the costs info from DNB website: http://www.dnb.com/
4. Packaging design cost – About $1,000 per SKU. It is a one time cost to each SKU, no matter how many year you ship the products to Walmart.
5. Claim Policy – Walmart has claim policy through all the business. Suppliers have to pay claim which caused by customers return. Normally 2% defective allowance will be considered during quotation.

审计成本主要包含3个方面（专家团队，工厂产能评估，认证体系）有效期最长达2年，不过得看当时评估分数是怎样的，通常大部分供应商每年都需要续审的。

他另外附了一份EXCEL,里面由他要的产品明细，他要的产品我们工厂都能做，可以直接给他报价吗？

我觉得客户说这些的意思是要你报价的时候要包含这些费用在内吧.因为他一开始就说这些工厂审核是要求必须有的，一般给沃尔玛做的话都是要有的吧。

机会来了哦，沃尔玛的。但报价前最好看看自己能否做到客人提的那几点，做不到的话报价也没用

听说去年年底开始，沃尔玛的验厂标准很严，担心ing 产品我个人觉得完全没问题，看BOSS的意思了，看看他要在报价的时候根据客户说的加多少 god bless me 0-0
