客人大概意思是要供应商申请一个保险，具体的这个什么保险还是要楼主再去咨询一下
客户会在卸货港验货，合格后再付款，这个条款无论如何都是不合理的，要么发货前验货，哪有到港了验货，不合格还不给钱的。
