I had sent two boxes of good to the transport company. I asked them to send the one with white feather to you. but they sent you the box with black feather. I am sorry for that, and I will send you the right one as quickly as possible!

We have requested the forwarder to send the white one to your side,but unfortunately they have wrongly send out the balck one.
We're so sorry for the unconvienices caused and will send out the white one right now.
