10.3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and sole understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
本协议构成当事人之间的完整合同，关于此主题的内容。
10.4. This agreement may be amended or modified only by a subsequent agreement in writing between the parties.
此协议只有在双方间建立其他的协议下才能修改。
10.5. This Agreement shall be subject to the law of Queensland, Australia;
此协议必须遵从澳大利亚昆士兰法例。
10.6. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland, Australia.
所有由此协议造成的纷争的司法权必须指定为澳大利亚的昆士兰法院。
10.7. Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.
任意一方必须承担由于膜拜，战争，罢工，停工，劳工行动，火宅，洪水，干旱，暴风雨或其他事故所照成的损失。
