这样可以便更简单,明了一些吧.

If possible, could you pls make the whole payment remitted by three times, 'cause every transaction in the bank will have service charges, the more transaction, the more service charges.
个人建议把次数写一下，说的是尽可能少，多少次算是少呢？

除了以上表述个人认为不妨先问问客人为什么分几次付，因为很多公司每天的付款金额都是有限度的。问问他们是不是这个原因。
