There shall be deducted from any sums due to representative:
The amount equal to commissions previously paid or credited on sales of MANUFACTURER’s products which have since been returned for any reason to the customer.

当定单是由各个不同区域的代理的服务取得时,正常情况下,生产商应按照每方50%的比例将全额佣金分割给这些代理。
