客人来问定时开关的设置，我看得云里雾里。各位英语高手，帮一个忙，看看怎么理解？Please can you assist me with an issue we have on the timer mode of the machine.
We can’t seem to switch timer mode off on any of our machine. I have set on and off times the same but the machines switch on at the time set on the on time period even though the same time is set for off time.

看起来我们的任何一个设备都无法将定时器设成off(关）模式。我已经将on（开)和（关）的间隔时间设成一样，但是在应该为off(关)的同一时段内,设备还是一直处于on(开)的模式。
也就是off这个模式不工作,设备一直处于on的模式.
